A wedding planner or coordinator gives you a dedicated professional who understands the full picture of your celebration.Rather than asking you, your family, or your wedding party to manage timelines, vendor arrivals, setup, questions, and unexpected issues, I take responsibility for the behind-the-scenes details so that the people closest to you can remain present. My goal is to help you feel prepared, supported, and confident and to make sure you are able to truly enjoy the celebration you worked so hard to plan.
Absolutely. A coordinator can help you make the most of your budget by keeping plans organized, identifying potential issues before they become costly, and ensuring the time, money, and effort you have invested come together smoothly. I believe professional wedding support should be accessible to all couples with a range of budgets because everyone deserves a well-executed day they can enjoy. I’m always happy to discuss your priorities and recommend the level of support that makes the most sense for your celebration.
I offer several levels of support, including day-of coordination, month-of coordination, partial planning, full planning, and décor setup services. Each package is designed for a different stage of the planning process, whether you need someone to step in closer to the wedding or provide hands-on guidance from the beginning.Custom packages may also be available depending on your wedding schedule, number of events, locations, and overall support needs.
I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your wedding date and venue confirmed (if applicable), particularly for popular spring, summer, and fall dates. Many couples book coordination services between 8 and 18 months in advance. However, you are always welcome to inquire closer to your wedding date. Availability will depend on my existing event calendar and the amount of planning support required.
